Marketing Specialist
The candidate reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and working with other members of the marketing team and outside public relations firm, the right candidate will play an active role in the development and implementation of the firm's external brand messaging strategies. Needs to be a strong writer, have strong marketing technology competencies, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across practices and departments. Develop and update website materials, including capabilities statements, biographies, and other web content. Develop client-specific presentations, proposals and pitch materials, practice descriptions and other client-facing materials. Collaborate on content management and design updates to Sitecore (website database); support experience database content management through Foundation (experience management database); and provide proofreading and review of eMarketing campaigns through Vuture (email marketing platform), including event invite campaigns, client alerts, and blog recap emails. Profile and draft transaction and case descriptions for use in proposals, on the website, and in experience database. Work alongside attorneys in the development of award submissions and execution of strategy for awards. Manage new attorney promotion, including preparation of announcements, press releases and biographies. Draft and/or review media relations materials, including press releases, media pitches, and talking points. Serve as an InterAction super user, supporting various projects and on-going tasks such as developing practice, industry, and event mailing lists. Conduct research as needed for practice groups and various teams. Assist in PowerPoint development and presentation coordination. Proofreading and review of content and updates to the firm’s intranet site (Sharepoint). Assist marketing team with client and other marketing events, including CLEs and webinars.
