The candidate's functions include: client focus, collaboration/team-building skills, communication proficiency, leadership, and problem solving/analysis. Local area and occasional overnight travel is required. Compensation structure is based upon commission for resolved cases. An agreement would also be put in place for compensation to the attorney for all cases brought into the firm by the attorney. Requirements: MUST be a current member of the Florida Bar. Three years civil litigation experience preferred. Experience with First Party Property Damage preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English helpful but not required. Florida Bar License (Required).
