The candidate will be responsible for: Developing legal strategies to help clients achieve litigation goals. Drafting motions, complaints and correspondence to opposing counsel. Client consultations. Implementing discovery strategies. Negotiation of settlements with opposing counsel. Potential trial experience if cases do not settle. Appellate briefing and motions. Report directly to the firm President. Must have California Bar License or first time bar exam results pending. Should have knowledge of or interest in civil disputes. Must have strong computer and Internet skills. Must be proficient with G Suite or Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel,etc.). Must have excellent time management and communication skills. Should have 0-2 years of experience.
