The canddiate must have excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills. You must be able to handle cases from beginning to end, independently manage a high-volume practice, and have a strong desire to develop and grow book of business. Must be able to work closely with clients to obtain the best outcome possible. Must be licensed in Ohio. A Kentucky license is a plus. Must have at least one-year prior firm experience, comfortable in both the courtroom and in meetings with clients, able to meet deadlines, collaborate with other attorneys in the firm about difficult cases, and work with a well-qualified team.
