Problem: There are times the ecomdash system stops firing for various reasons, as well as incorrect quantity totals that cause the unacceptable late shipments and overselling.
Here is our need:
We have a FBA store that has product listings that we want to push out to 5 shopify stores
We would like to hire a expert consultant/manager that can put trainings, systems, and manage the system to make sure that the multichannel is running smoothly at all times, as well as being able to do the following things on demand:
1. Push Amazon listings to Shopify, Ebay and all other platforms ( we add new products often, we want to make sure they are added to shopify, and hooked up properly in ecomdash so fulfullment is set up
2. Create training for the set up and maintenance for ecomdash so our internal team can perform functions while you manage the system.
Context:
We use Ecomdash as the Multi-channel listing tool.
We use FBA as multichannel fulfillment on other channels.
We use 2 3PL as backup fulfillment to FBA.
