The candidate will work with potential law firm clients including inbound calls from our website and outbound calls following up with leads and former clients of the Firm to see if they have any current legal needs. The goal is to schedule consultations (some free and some paid). 2 years phone sales experience. Show compassion and empathy for potentials situation, Ability to explain the consultation process,. Data-entry documenting and client intake skills are required. Close the call with an appointment scheduled are required. Set on the appropriate calendar and conference room are required. Make reminder calls or texts prior to the appointment are required. Follow-through abilities with legal staff and attorneys are required.
