Litigation Attorney / Associate
Candidate must have: Current Member of California State Bar with no record of discipline. Must have 5-7 years' civil litigation experience with established hands-on case handling and management skills. Will be able to confidently take and defend any type of depositions (including experts) and be able to handle all trial work-up. Second chair jury experience and, upon qualification, first chair trials is available. Must have experience handling their own case load, court appearances, discovery, depositions and expert depositions. Opportunities in SIU (examinations under oath) and large loss/catastrophic claims. Trial experience is preferred. Large loss team who have prepared and worked up matters for trial including taking and defending expert depositions is welcome.
