VIRGINIA BEACH LOCATION UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Pay increases!!!! Starting Pay for non certified caregivers is $9/hr. Must sign up and take PCA classes within 30 days after hired. Starting pay for CNAs and PCAs, starting pay is $9/hr and increases based on prior experience, but as high as $13/hr. More experienced caregivers can be hired as Lead CNAs!!! Everyone is hired on as part time, but hours may fluctuate pending our clients needs. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of direct care experience, have a working cell phone, and a reliable vehicle. Please see below some other traits we are looking for. Job Requirements
Responsibilities
Ensure clients receive their medication on time
Support clients who can’t move on their own
Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc.
Assist clients with physical therapy exercises (lifting maybe required)
Cook meals according to the customer’s restrictions
Help customers with their shopping
Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
Provide emotional support
Inform physicians or supervisors about uncommon events
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
