Associate Attorney part time
The candidate will do legal research, analysis, and writing. Case management from beginning to end. Work closely with other attorneys and staff. Must have 3-7 seven years of civil litigation experience and membership to the State Bar of Montana required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all stages of litigating civil defense matters, including: case investigations, case evaluations, analysis, pleadings, discovery, motions, legal research, depositions, and trials, among other things are required. J.D. degree are required. Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Montana are required.
