Senior Collections Coordinator
The candidate will be primarily responsible for client collections including, contacting clients directly for payment of outstanding bills and keeping responsible attorneys abreast of potential collection problems. Other duties include researching client payment histories, analyzing and preparing historical collection trend analysis, monitoring payment plans, and identifying receivables to write-off or transfer to suspense. Must have 5+ years of collections experience, preferably in a law firm environment. A college degree is preferred, as is experience with 3E accounting software. Must have excellent written and communication skills, sound judgment, ability to work independently and in a high pressure environment, excellent follow-up and ability to interact and work well with clients and co-workers.
