Associate Attorney
The candidate will join Personal Injury Law firm. Assist in the handling of their claims both prior to and in litigation. Will be expected to manage an active case load of 80-90 cases in pre-litigation and litigation (with the help of support staff), to work up the cases, to negotiate settlements, to participate in discovery and law and motion, and, if necessary, to take the case to trial for the client. Must have any civil litigation experience. Should have any personal injury legal experience. Any trial experience required. Any history playing organized, competitive sports from high school forward to present essential. Must have any prior sales experience requiring the candidate to meet minimum sales. Should have any conversational and written Spanish experience, especially if fluent.
