I need investment banker who will introduce us to equity investors or lenders who will invest in/lend money for investment in US Hotels. We are experienced hotel owners and we are getting opportunity to own and operate leading hotel brands like Marriot/ Hilton. These hotels are currently available at 80 % discount because of Covid-19. Either equity investors or lenders will get great return on investment. We have great credit history of over 2 decade. We already run 12 hotels. We have the ready portfolio of hotels we wish to acquire.
