The candidate will be writing pleadings and motions for state court. Handling discovery. Attending depositions. Attending hearings in civil litigation and immigration cases. Assisting Supervising attorney in jury and bench trials. Preparing Complex visa applications support letters and packages. Must have fluency in Spanish. Should have excellent analytical and writing skills. Law Review and trial experience preferred. Must have admitted to the Florida bar. Must like litigation or have an interest in practicing Family, Divorce and Personal Injury litigation. Must have minimum 1 year of litigation experience. Applicants with criminal defense and litigation experience will be given preference.
