The candidate will develop partnerships within the School District 150 and with the university's community partner(s) to design and implement an immersive co-curricular model for pre-service teachers. Develop and implement strategies for the recruitment of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. students to PSD 150, particularly in the high need area of STEM. Develop programs that provide support for pre-service teachers from ISU acculturating to PSD 150 and working in community-based, service-learning contexts. Develop and implement co-curricular mentoring, guidance, and residential supports for pre-service teachers. Set up and deliver relevant seminars and service learning opportunities. Develop and launch the STEP-UP summer Fellowship program.
