Accounts Payable Specialist
The candidate should have 5-7 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a professional office setting. Typing and data entry (10-key and alpha) skills are required. Must have experience with invoice auditing, general ledger coding, IRS forms W-9 and 1099-MISC, answer and research vendor calls and ensure daily accounts payable processes are completed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical.
