This project requires that the following open source Django application be installed, setup and configured on a new VPS server that we will provide.

You should have sufficient developer and administrator skill to troubleshoot any errors.
We do not need or want any changes to the application at this. We simply want a running instance of the application that we will use to evaluate using the application in a future project.
