Job Description The senior email marketing specialist is a part of the centralized campaign execution team. The position is dedicated to support global and Americas team to execute sophisticated multi-step and multi-channel marketing campaigns in Marketo platform. The position is critical in ensuring marketing campaign strategy implementation via Marketo.
Responsibilities:
* Execution of daily email campaign sends
* Email and landing page templates
* Multi-channel lead source funnel tracking
* Webinar integration
* Manage offline list import to Marketo
* Email subscription management
* GDPR compliance and process
* Manage lead nurture programs
* Advance segmentation
* Integrated multi-channel campaign configuration and tracking
* Nurture campaign configuration and implementation
* Support marketing managers in developing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Implement A/B testing strategy
* Manage email calendar to ensure emails are delivered within the frequency cap
* Subject matter expert on email marketing best-practices, deliverability and campaign results
* Interpret campaign and channel data to identify trends and enhance future campaigns
Qualifications * 3 years experiences in email marketing
* Hands on experience with a marketing automation platform (preferably Marketo)
* Basic HTML & CSS
* Email design
* Knowledge on CRM tools (SFDC.com)
* Marketo segmentation (list pull)
* Team player
* Good understanding of marketing demand gen programs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Enjoy working in a fast-pace environment and be able to meet tight deadline
* Conflict resolution skill
