Head of Acquisition Diligence & Integration
Duties: Build and supervise a team of due diligence, integration, and oversight staff; Oversight of establishing accounts, account management, documentation requirements, and tax related issues; Establish and maintain due diligence protocols to assist onboarding clients through a seamless transition; Supervise a periodic review of all customer files for completeness, and oversee maintenance of all logs, checklists, forms, notices and disclosures ; Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, internal supervisory controls and Corporate RIA program procedures; Build and maintain investment documentation and management of processes and procedures.; Work closely with the technology team to maximize and integrate technology to improve work processes and data management; Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in investment & trading due diligence and integration, fiduciary duty, and oversight in meetings and on strategic projects; Provide support and information to internal and external auditors; Drive continuous process improvements and increase efficiency and coach and develop others to do the same; Demonstrated level of investment/analytical understanding & ability to grasp and articulate complex topics. Work with Senior Management to ensure the accomplishments of departmental goals. Define and track KPIs across the team. Continuously improve policies and procedures. Address and resolve escalated issues as they arise. Coach, train, motivate, and develop employees. Maintain and improve relationships with all business partners. High level of intellectual curiosity and are comfortable with ambiguity; Great communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
