The candidate responsibilities include: To manage and oversee a large case load. Attend depositions and hearings; Preparation of various legal documents including motions, memorandums and discovery. Respond to complaints, discovery requests and file motions with the court as needed. Handle all aspects of litigation up and through trial of the case and assisting senior attorneys in trial. Must have 1-2 years previous First Party PD (Property Damage) experience. Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar and experience prosecuting and defending claims for property damage benefits. Should have excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, decision making, and relationship building. Must be organized, detail oriented, comfortable working independently, possess excellent follow up skills and be able to consistently meet deadlines. Active member of the Florida State Bar (Required).
