The candidate will assist attorney with Probate, Trust, and Estate Planning. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Assist other members of the team as needed. Answer phones. Basic office duties (scanning, copying, filing, etc.). High school or equivalent experience is required. Should have 2+ years of Paralegal/Legal Assistant and 2+ years of Knowledge of Probate, Trust, Estate Planning and Real Estate law experience. Should preferably have 2+ years of Probate, Trust, Estate Planning and Real Estate law experience.
