Duties: Reports to the Associate Vice President for the Office for Equal Opportunity and Civil Rights (EOCR) and the Office of the President. Will lead a dynamic and growing Title IX team. Will have opportunities to succeed and lead the efforts of the Title IX team. Strategic Leadership: Oversight of Title IX related efforts, strategic planning, collaboration, policy guidance, and Title IX management. Title IX Response: Initial assessment, overseeing investigation and resolution process, and sanctions and remedies. Outreach and Education: Education, prevention, and training, climate assessment, research, programming, and communications.
