The candidate will communicate with clients, draft documents, summarize depositions and medical records, negotiate liens and engage in other matters in collaboration with the attorney staff. File Analysis, Plan of Action and Litigation Updates. Prepare civil discovery responses, trial exhibits and trial submissions. Summarization of Medical or Other Records and Depositions. Mail and Email Management. Should have 5 years of work experience as a certified Paralegal. Must have extensive work experience in the field of workers' compensation and/or civil litigation. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Technical capabilities: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Work remotely - up to 20 hours per week.
