We are looking for Solution Developers at ALL professional levels!
A CRM Solution Developer in involved at various stages throughout the project lifecycle. The Solution Developer works closely with the technical leadership, the functional team, and clients. The CRM Solution Developer’s job is to understand not only the technical environment, but also the functional requirements of the project. They work under the direction of the Solution Architect to customize and extend the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software package to meet the needs of our clients.
PRIMARY Responsibilities:
Sales Support (10%-30%) -Help determine and translate customer needs into an Avanade solution and approach - Contribute to proposal development - Contribute to scope, approach, and estimating input to the proposal team
Project Execution (70%-90%) -Develop technical specifications based on functional specifications. - Develop components of the customer solution. - Resolve technical issues - Participate in knowledge transfer to customer

Levels:
Analyst/Sr. Analyst: -BS/BA in a technical discipline or equivalent. - 0-2 years’ experience in enterprise business application development and delivery. - 0-2 years of experience using web development tools and technologies such as: - ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server or similar products -Desire to work in a team environment (onshore & offshore) - Basic understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile) - Basic understanding of object oriented concepts and design. - Good communication and problem solving skills - Ability to travel 80% of the time to the customer location - Customer service skills
Consultant/Sr. Consultant: -BS/BA in a technical discipline or equivalent. - 3 years’ experience in enterprise business application development and delivery. - 2 years of experience using web development tools and technologies such as: - ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server or similar products -Solid track record of working within a team environment (onshore & offshore) - Understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile) - A proven understanding of object oriented concepts and design. - Either of the following: - Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Enterprise Development experience -Good communication and analysis skills - Ability to travel 80% of the time to the customer location - Strong customer service skills
Manager/Group Manager: -BS/BA in a technical discipline or equivalent. - 7 years’ experience in enterprise business application development and delivery. - 5 years of experience using web development tools and technologies such as: - ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server or similar products -2 years of team lead or management experience (5 members) - Solid track record of working within a team environment (onshore & offshore) - Understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile) - A proven understanding of object oriented concepts and design. - Either of the following: - Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Enterprise Development experience -Good communication and analysis skills - Strong customer service skills - Ability to travel 80% of the time to the customer location
Technical/Other Skills: -Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word & Excel - Strong technical background on MS technologies/trends.
Nice-to-have: -Professional IT Consulting (strongly preferred) - Silverlight/WCF - BizTalk - Microsoft BI experience - SharePoint - Experience overseeing development teams and multi-site development
