Accountabilities


Drive for continuous improvement in IT solutions provided to business to maximize value to business.
Unit, system integration and E2E process testing for new enhancements, projects and performs or facilitates change management communication to the user community on future IT solution changes.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the business, processes, applications, information.
Execute IT Business analysis work on project, enhancements and operational items. This would include Business Analysis, Business Requirements Definition, Business Solution Design, Functional Specification & Acceptance Criteria, and Acceptance Test Plan & Management.
Implement new applications and application upgrades.
Coordinate and execute Unit, system integration and E2E process testing for new enhancements, projects and performs or facilitates change management communication to the user community on future IT solution changes.
Manage the relationships with multiple parties, such as IM/IT Managers and ITAs, Key Account Suppliers, Projects, Service Desks and Operate organization, key stakeholders at LSC plants; predominantly at a Delivery level.
Act as a functional expert for IT solutions in Lubricants business processes.
Capture and analyse Business process and functional requirements in project, enhancements and operational items.
Support ITSO operations in security, incident/problem management, change management and other run and maintain activities as a Functional and Business process expert.
Champion global streamlined enterprise business processes and information standardization, as well as all IT procedures and policies.

Requirements:


Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum three (3 ) years IT BA experience.
Proven understanding of BA knowledge areas and developing proficiency in the BA knowledge areas.
Proven understanding of PBA Domains & developing proficiency in the 5 PBA Domains.
Proven understanding of organizational dynamics.
Influential at team level through oral presentations, business cases, and investment proposals.
Working to achieve CCBA or PMI-PBA certification.
Comprehensive knowledge of IT Business Analysis, the technology involved and current developments.
Comprehensiveknowledge of data analysis gained through practical IT experience.
Ability to plan and schedule own work competently for short term assignments.
Ability to absorb and apply new technical information.
Works to required standards and understands and uses appropriate methods, tools and applications.
Experience of Process Control/Automation in a factory environment would be an advantage.
IT security and network infrastructure skills and qualifications would be an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile delivery/ SCRUM team ways of working & methodologies is a plus.
