Has demonstrated success launching and managing cutting-edge products that drive revenue across Human Capital Solutions practice lines. Demonstrates an ability to think about implications across greater Aon business lines Ability to collaborate across business lines and departments to execute on commercial strategy Viewed internally and externally as the senior most product evangelist, with a strong understanding of the HR software industry ecosystem and Aon’s competitive positioning.Successfully builds business cases that justifies why product or feature enhancements are needed anchored on revenue growth and renewal rates, including return on investment in assigning additional resources to product development and adjacent disciplines.Client Interaction:Responsible for overall client satisfaction of digital products and platforms within the entire portfolioLead or enable market discovery or client feedback sessionsEnsures issues identified in product metrics as well as feedback collected through other channels properly inform the product roadmapWorks with the Sales team to regularly extend and expand existing commercial client relationships. Identifies new upsell opportunities within Human Capital SolutionsLeadership:Builds trust, promotes cross-functional goodwill, and “sells” the value of product management. Advises other senior leaders on alignment of product strategy and overall business objectives. Hires, trains and coaches a team of product managers who oversee the entire lifecycle of the digital product portfolio, measured on ship rates, and increase adoption and client engagement on product platforms.
