Hours:
9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
Salary:
Negotiable depending upon experience.
We have a vacancy for a Solicitor or a CILEX qualified Executive to work in our very busy Probate Department at our Bolton office. Whilst based at our Bolton office, the successful candidate will be required to work at our other branches when necessary and therefore the candidate must have a car available for work use.
Then position will involve working as part of a team, dealing with Wills and Probate together with working with a senior Partner in developing private client work for high net worth individuals.
Applications are invited from 1 to 3 years PQE or CILEX qualified. STEP accredited would be an advantage but not essential as long as there is a desire to work towards this qualification.
Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.
Job role
Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
Experience in dealing with Wills & Probate
