Product Test Engineer

Profile

A Product Test Engineer with QA experience, who will validate device functionality and characterize our passive sensing products using automated test procedures. The ideal candidate will provide product qualification and characterization data to internal teams and external partners and customers. Must be willing to work in a highly innovative and fast paced startup environment.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Work with the IC Design Engineers and Applications Engineering to determine requirements for device post-silicon testing and validation.
Define, develop, and/or acquire software and/or hardware tools in support of silicon validation and testing efforts.
Responsible for the development and execution of validation test plans, designing test boards, writing automation test scripts and putting together system configurations.
Assist Design/Application Engineers with the final product characterization and functional testing to determine root cause failure analysis and resolving silicon issues using bench top lab testing equipment.
Accurately track and report all test yields using software tracking tools.
Support and drive internal and external qualification efforts of RFMicron products.
Contribute towards and (in some cases) drive ISO certification activities.
MSEE required.
10 years of experience.
Mixed signal test expertise would be a plus.
