Technology Development Manager (Oncology Research)
The candidate will report jointly to the Director of Business Development and the Director of Technology Transfer and Business Development. Responsible for evaluating, managing and licensing of new discoveries, negotiation and management of research collaboration agreements, industry sponsored research agreements and other commercialization agreements relating to the Institute. Work closely with Institute Administration and Investigators and Research Administration personnel as needed. In addition to being an integral part of the commercialization team, will be part of a team in the office of Technology Transfer and Business Development (TTBD) supporting the Institute technologies and has lines of reporting into both offices. Work proactively with researchers to ensure that appropriate protection of Intellectual Property, innovations and discoveries and anticipating potential IP flowing from research projects.
