Emery Reddy is a boutique law firm seeking a Legal Assistant to work in our Downtown Seattle office. We are a thriving firm that specializes in plaintiff litigation in the fields of employment law and personal injury law. We work in a high energy, fast paced and team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, dependability, great attention to detail, a desire to help others and to learn. We are enthusiastic about hiring a motivated, cheerful, and hard-working individual for a position with our company!
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Five years of legal assistant experience
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook required
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Detail oriented
Deadline driven
Desire to help people
Self-motivated team player
Positive attitude and willingness to assist beyond basic duties when needed
Duties Include:
Support attorneys in our Employment Law division
Client contact liaison for attorneys
Managing the electronic and hard copy data systems
Scheduling and confirming meetings and appointments
Managing online calendars and docketing Protests and Orders
Compiling litigation support documents, including but not limited to medical records, exhibits, and documents for experts
