Desktop Support Technician

Profile

The Desktop Support Technician will manage all desktop, laptop and other related hardware and software support activities in a corporate environment for internal and external customers.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 2 degree in an IT relatedfield or A certification
Minimum 2 year hands-on technology support experience including desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printer and peripherals, in a corporate environment
Demonstrated experience in window operating systems: XP, Win 7/8/8.1
Demonstrated experience in Windows Server systems: 2003,2008, 2012
Demonstrated experience with MS Exchange 2007,2010,2013
Demonstrated experience in a Cisco based network environment
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Climb a ladder and install equipment
Work in small and/or confined spaces
Requires bending down and working under desks
