The candidate will be committed to effective and creative teaching, will offer a program of scholarly activity having the potential to enrich the intellectual lives of our students, and will engage with the business community. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a Master’s in a related field is required. Current license and good standing membership in the Bar of at least one state in the U.S. Must have LL.M. in Taxation or Master’s in Tax, the CPA or CFA designation, or significant work experience in the tax or financial regulation field.
