Intellectual Property and Governance Administrator
The candidate will review and enter all incoming disclosures. Report inventions and Intellectual Property with federal sponsorship through an external website in compliance with federal reporting requirements. Communicate with inventors, licensees, Technology Licensing Officers (TLOs), joint owners and external counsel. Ensure that the information in data base and annuity management system is accurate. Finalize the closing of inventions. Prepare data quality control reports. Archive document in compliance with CTL retention policy. Act as coverage in the IP Manager’s and IP Assistants absence, communicating with external counsel and TLOs.
