Dean of Admission - Law School
The Candidate will be responsible for implementing admissions methods and strategies to achieve the Law School’s admissions objectives, such as through the use of industry best practices, innovative recruitment and application-processing tools, data analysis, recommendations for competitive merit-scholarship awarding, and effective and efficient application processing and selection. Working effectively and collaboratively with stakeholders within the Law School and the University to meet the Law School’s admissions objectives, such as through discussions about effective merit-scholarship awarding strategies with relevant University administrators and outside consultants, understanding the University’s enrollment and revenue goals for the Law School, developing effective marketing efforts with relevant University and Law School marketing professionals, and working effectively with the Law School’s admissions committee. Developing and implementing effective strategies to ensure the diversity of entering classes. Overseeing the operations and administration of the Admissions Office, including the direct supervision of the Admissions Office team, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accreditation standards and legal regulations. Compiling and regularly sharing relevant data about admissions efforts with Law School and University stakeholders
