Work for the best!  IHFA has an immediate opening for a Jr. Loan Processing Coordinator in our Homeownership Lending Department in Boise. 
Job Duties:
•         Assist processors coordinate loan files to prepare for underwriting
•         Request and obtain initial documents as requested by processor
•         Assist with input of information into mortgage software program
•         Foster excellent relationships and service to customers of IHFA, lenders, Realtors, title company personnel, and brokers
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
•         1 years experience in mortgage lending preferred, but not required
•         Strong computer and communication skills
•         Excellent customer service skills
•         Must be self-directed and motivated performer
