Responsibilities: Design and implement a Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, staffed by clinical law students. Manage operation of Clinic and oversee all legal work of Clinic. Design and oversee outreach and educational activities to be conducted by clinical law students and volunteers. Teach a Tax Law Practice class to clinical law students to prepare them for Tax Clinic work. Meet regularly with Clinical Program Director to define and refine operation of Clinic. Maintain records as required by IRS, grantor agency. Prepare reports. Solicit volunteers as needed. Assist in fundraising efforts as needed.
