Caregiver for seniors - 12 hour day amp night shifts Johns Island Kiawah area

HIRING for up to 12 hour day and night shifts for experienced caregivers located in the Johns Island, Ravenel, Kiawah area of Charleston. Ideal candidates will have CNA / HHA / PCA / Nursing assistant experience, this is not an entry level caregiving job.
8 AM - 8 PM day shifts, and 8 PM - 8 AM shifts
Responsibilities:
Help clients take prescribed medication
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Help clients with physical therapy exercises
Plan and prepare meals
Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
Be a pleasant and supportive companion
Report any unusual incidents
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
COVID-19 considerations:
Clients homes have a safety bin with the PPE needed for shifts including masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and thermometer. Daily temperatures checks for staff before shift and client upon arrival. Mask is required at all times during a shift.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Min 1 yr experience as caregiver / CNA / HHA / Nursing assistant
Pass Drug Screening
Pass Background check
Have a Current Valid Driver's License
Have Reliable Transportation and Valid Automobile Insurance
Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
