The Senior Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of the end-to-end in year and strategic growth plans. Working with cross-functional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth.
Role would be a hybrid setting of 2-3 days in our East Hanover, New Jersey office
How you will contribute
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will lead recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Leading, analyzing, and supporting delivery of business plan and actively participating in the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP).
Support brand portfolio management and lead commercialization/launch plans for renovation, business critical projects, PPA, including post launch tracking.
Conduct a thorough monthly analysis (in partnership with consumer insights) of candy brand performance, competitive brands, and category dynamics in order to deliver actionable insights.
Own commercialization portion of candy budget.
Swedish Fish day-to-day brand including driving organic social strategy development and content management. Work with digital/social agencies to build engagement and a strong brand voice for Swedish Fish. Own short term Swedish Fish brand strategy (in-year) which includes shopper strategy, distribution drive strategy, and organic social. Support long-term strategy development for Swedish Fish as well.
