Contracts Analyst
The candidate creates and edits contractual agreements to acquire content, goods and services. Identifies risk and mitigation strategies, and works as a business partner with all levels of the business to provide responsive, clear, actionable advice. Research complex contractual and legal questions and issues; clearly communicate findings and identify risks associated with mitigation options. Interface with all levels of executive leadership and management regarding expenditure contracts in a fast paced, demanding environment. Must have experience in negotiating drafting expenditure contracts to acquire content, goods and/or services. Good interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, time management and organizational skills is essential. Excellent communication, grammar, writing and editing skills is essential. Bachelor's degree, Paralegal, or equivalent degree and related experience is required. Should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC skills. Should have 2+ years of contract analyst experience.
