Associate Attorney - Corporate/Tax Transactions
The candidate will require the Associate to perform a significant volume of legal research and writing, work directly with corporate clients, and support the firm’s attorneys in all aspects of the firm’s legal practice. Should have J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; prior work and/or academic experience with healthcare, regulatory, tax, and/or transactional law. Should have an active bar license; strong work ethic, superior organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment under time constraints; excellent legal research, communication, and writing skills; the desire to grow with a firm and work both independently and as a collaborative team member; meticulous attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to effectively and efficiently handle a significant workload; ability to communicate in Korean and English.
