The candidate will be responsible for: Answering phones and helping bridge the communication gap for all clients. Handling incoming and outgoing mail. Serving as a main point of contact to the corporate office. Sending Buyer and Seller information sheets. Ordering HOA/Payoff Info. Preparing CD's for closing/ collaborating with various lenders. Assisting in swaps. Scanning files after closings. Handling several important overnights VIA UPS daily. Depositing checks/ printing checks for our Closings Agents. Collecting and inputting important data into our closing software. Must be able to process own files. Active Closing Branch Manager duties.
