Professional Services Agreements. Governance Documents. Contract Drafting and Negotiation (Employment Agreements, Management Agreements). Direct Interaction with Clients. Requirements: Licensed to Practice in NJ and in Good Standing. Licensing in NY or Other States a Plus. 5+ Years’ Experience in Practicing Law. Familiarity with Healthcare Laws and Regulations. Superior Research and Writing Skills. Familiarity with Law Firm Culture.
