Assistant Director of Compliance

Duties: Works in conjunction with other Compliance staff to oversee all processes, procedures and systems necessary for the department to comply with NCAA and conference rules and regulations for an NCAA Division I FBS member institution. Will work cooperatively with Athletics Department staff, coaches, student-athletes, prospects, and various constituents outside of the Athletics Department to help ensure compliance with NCAA and Big Ten regulations. Managing institutional and outside financial aid, recruiting, camps and clinics, playing/practice seasons, and eligibility; draft NCAA and Big Ten waivers and reports, collaborate in coordinating and administering rules education for administrators, coaches, support staff, student-athletes, and booster groups; and other duties as assigned.
