Associate Director of Career Services
The candidate will be managing all aspects of the OCS interview coaching program provided to law students and alumni and recruiting, interviewing, and training all seasonal interview coaches and delivering a wide range of career counseling, outreach, and programming services for JD degree and LLM students and alumni, including private sector, public sector, and non-traditional career development. Will be developing alumni job contacts for students. Conducting environmental scanning to identify job possibilities for students and alumni and representing the Office of Career Services to internal and external audiences and partnering with appropriate staff, employers, and alumni to develop and implement strategic plans for employer relations and development. A post baccalaureate degree is required and a JD degree is preferred. Must have 2+ years of providing career or recruitment services to law students, lawyers, and others in the legal profession.
