Seeking a full-time pastor for The Way Church in Sutherlin, Oregon. We are an active, non-denominational, Bible-believing church. Our church family averages 30 adults plus children for Sunday church service. Responsibilities include adult Sunday School, Sunday church service, mid-week Bible studies and meetings, discipleship and counseling, seasonal children’s programs, home/hospital visits, baptisms, and occasional weddings and funerals. A suitable candidate must meet the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. We're looking for a pastor who loves and teaches God's inspired Word as authoritative, inerrant, and vital in making disciples for Christ. We are not Calvinist, reformed, or hold to Arminianism. We are not charismatic or Pentecostal.
