The candidate will be responsible for: Receive lender title requests. Order, review, and clear title commitments. Order and receive estoppels. Order and receive lien searches. Order and receive payoffs. Order and receive surveys. Coordinate the closing location and time with Buyer, Seller, Attorney(s), Lender and Realtors. Prepare preliminary closing statements. Assist with performing the closing, issue policies, and forward closed package to lender or appropriate party for closing file. Should have 1 year of experience.
