Mitchell Chadwick LLP is a boutique natural resources and land-use law firm and California’s foremost legal advisor to mining, energy, development, and mitigation banking companies doing business in the state.  Our core area of practice is providing project permitting, compliance, transactional, and litigation solutions for some of the world’s largest companies.
The firm is seeking associates with land-use and environmental experience to join its office in Roseville, California. The ideal candidate has outstanding academic credentials, exceptional writing and research skills, ability to handle complex matters, and is committed to delivering excellent quality work in a collaborative environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate interpersonal skills, problem solving, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), CEQA litigation, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the California Endangered Species Act (CESA), the federal Endangered Species Act (ESA), and state and federal regulatory environmental agencies is a plus. The candidate must be a member of the California Bar.
