Job Summary:
●
Processes accounting and purchasing data for the purpose of generating vendor payments.
●
Maintains the accounts payable system and processes various other accounting data
●
Obtains authorization to post invoices and processes payments according to hospital policy.
●
Processes invoices, verifying information against supporting documentation such as purchase requisitions, check requests, purchase orders, receiving reports, etc.

Education and/or Experience:
●
High school diploma or general education degree.
●
Prefer Minimum of two years experience in an accounting department or one year of completed coursework in a college-level accounting or finance program.
