Clinical Fellow - Immigration & Human Rights Clinic (IHRC)
Fellow is employed as an attorney assigned to the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. The duties and responsibilities of each Fellow will fluctuate based on his or her skills and interests, as well as the needs of the Clinic. Represent Clinic clients in cases accepted by the Clinic and assigned to the Fellow. Participate in community outreach and education as directed by Clinical Faculty. Conduct intakes for prospective Clinic clients. Assist Clinical Faculty in case or class activities such as mock hearings or simulations upon request. Assist in the supervision of Teaching or Research Assistants. Provide administrative supervision to Clinic students on office-related tasks such as time-keeping and file maintenance. Assist with supervision of Clinic students in representation of Clinic cases under the direction of Clinical Faculty. Other duties as assigned.
