The candidate will play a key role in post grant proceedings before the USPTO including preparing, and defending against, reexamination requests, as well as working on Inter Partes and Post Grant Reviews. Should have a JD Degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should have a Degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering Registration to practice before the USPTO. Should have 2-4 years of experience in patent litigation. An advanced degree, industry experience and patent prosecution experience are a plus.
