What we’re looking for:
Home To Stay hires amazing caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for older adults. Do you have experience in paid caregiving? Are you kind,compassionate, patient, caring, and reliable? Do you feel a calling to help others? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll get access to more convenient and flexible hours, better pay for better performance, bonus programs including our Refer a Friend program that will pay you $100 per successful referral who completes 40 hours of work, as well as a $100 bonus for CHHA's who are hired and complete 40 hours of work. We provide real-time information you need to care for your clients via our own 24 hour on-call schedulers. We believe that happy caregivers provide better care to clients. Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Duties:
Charting or taking notes for others to review
Providing full personal care services
Providing companionship and supportive listening
Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
Feeding clients
Transporting client to appointments
Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport
Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
Job Requirements
Minimum of 6 months of paid caregiving experience for seniors and must be a NJ Certified CHHA.
Must be 21 years or older
NJ Driver's License
